Service in Inozemtsevo Church

Today we came to Church of Inozemtsevo. This church is closest to Pyatigorsk and I would like to be sure that they do support the "Pyatigorsk 3.10" plan.
We had very nice service, I was preaching and sharing the plans for moving there for 10 years and planting 3 churches, by His Grace and will.

After that we met with pastor Alexey. He will be talking with his church regarding helping in the church planting movement in Pyatigorsk area.

After that I had meeting with bishop Andrey. He is pretty interested in involving local churches, especially Inozemtsevo in church planting work...

Generally, I have pretty positive responce. I dont know what help they will make, but atlist there will be a prayer and advice!
I plan to come here next time in March or mey be end of February. I need to do better exploration of situation there for my family, for ministry. Also I would like to find some local guys, families to create a team. It will take longer trip, mey be up to 10 days.
Now I going back to Anapa. Please pray for safe travel and smooth preparation, with include my work in Anapa for painless leaving Holy Trinity Church of Anapa.
Thank you guys for joining the blog and praying!

This day we spent in Essentuki, city of 90 th. people, with 6 churches. It is resort city. It is widely known in Russia by mineral water "Essentuki".

City located in a valley, but there is 270 sunny days a year there.
The night picture above doing poore job proofing it :-) but it is all I have :-)
I met in Essentuki with pastor Cherkasov in his church's building:
I explane him the call I have for planting churches, especially about plan of planting 3 new churches by 2020
He was very glad to hear it! He sayed that "we was waiting for sombody to come and "move the water" here!"
I ask him to pray for our moving to Pyatigorsk (possibly this summer) and think, how they can help in the ministry.
Tomorrow we will go to church in Inozemtsevo, and talk there more. This church is nearest to Pyatigorsk, and we may become members there, so it is VERY important to gte their blessing as I already got in other cities.

Our travel is safe so far, except one situation. I was talking too much while driving, and didnt noticed that some OPEL stopped before me! I push the breaks, but car was still going forward (driving 80 mls\hr that is not surprising!) I was sure we will hit that opel. But... we stopped just a few inches, literally, before that car...
Oh, Praise God! I was driving after that more carefull.....
Thanks for praying! I believe, God respect our submission to Him, such as prayer...

Please pray for tomorrow meeting with pastor of Inozemtsevo  church!

Here I'm in Stavropol, city of 350 th. people, with only 7 evangelical churches, with attendancy 20 to 200!

Pastor Gazaryan, who host us, was very exited to hear about possible plans for me and Luda to move to Pyatigorsk for nex 10 years.

"You are the answer for our prayers!" - he sayed. For several years his church leadership had desire to send somebody to plant a church in that region. They prayed to God, but nobody was ready to go...

He sayed, that Pyatigorsk is a key city in that region.

That was very exiting ti hear...Answering His call for going there, we didnt know, what to expect...
Today I will have to make trip to another church, and talk to the pastor there, in the city of Essentuki.
Please pray for the safe travel, with the trucks like that:

Going to Pyatigorsk!

Tomorrow I go to Pyatigorsk area for two days! One of my friends going to do seminars in Local churches there.
It is a good chance for me to get to know local pastors, to get some information about this area of 2 million people, living there!

Pyatigorsk laying at the mountainfoot of five montains (that is what Pyatigorsk means in russian). It is snowy and icey there.

Please pray for safe travel, as I will be driving there, on the frozen road...

One more Elder retreat

Why agane so soon?

Looks like Lord willing for me and Luda to go for another church plant. To be able to do that I have to leave the church having good leadership and stable budget.
John and Naomi Musgrave host us with exellent food and living conditions at House of Grace.
Along with that, John prepared for us good training seminar and important questions&answers time regarding eldership and leadership in general.
Guys was very uplifted with nice accomodation and deep topics.
We was able to create realistic buget for 2010 and further, discuss many other questions of church's life.
I'm proud to have such guys around me...
Sometimes I think... mey be not to go anywhere, it is so nice here in anapa, with such friends :-)

Novorossiysk retreat

We came to the retreat with one purpose - to create common plan for church development in 2010 and further.
What was special about this retreat - the potential replacement for me as the pastor, Vladimir Gruzda was with us, actively participating in planning.
It is a third elder retreat with him, but first with strategic planning like this.
As  the result of the common work, we made plans for evangelistic events for whole year, prayer crusades, other exiting things.
Now - our job to fulfill this plans for His Glory!
